AUGER FEATURES:

1.Auger drilling machine is a kind of hole drilling auger machine, including double pin hitch, power head (including motor, gear box, input shaft, output shaft), auger drilling rod and bit.

2.Pin hitch is equipped with slide way and reduction gearbox which can slide along the slide way.

3.The reduction gearbox is connected with input shaft and output shaft.

4.The input shaft is connected with hydraulic motor, and the output shaft is connected with drilling rod which is connected with drill bit.

Q:How to choose the correct auger drill?

A: 1.Based on the model of the excavator, backhoe, skid steer loader;

2.Based on the hole diameter;

3.Based on the hole depth;

4.Based on the ground type.

Q: When will the drill rod crack?

A: The rod will crack when the operators operate the auger drill machine against the manual.

Q: How many holes the auger drill machine can drill in one minute?

A: It depends on different working conditions, related with soil loosen, oil flow and pressure. For example, if drill 1.5m depth, 300mm diameter hole, it can drill one hole per 30 seconds if with the loosen earth.

Q: How long does the drill teeth need to change?

A: It depends on the soil property and working time. Normally, the drill teeth needs to change above 6 months with loosen earth and muck soil according to customers’ feedback; 1-3 months if the earth has some small stones.

Q: Why the output shafts of TD2000 and TD4000 are round, and the output shafts of the TD7000-TD25000 are square?

A: The torque of the bigger model auger drill is larger, and the friction force of the square output shaft is bigger, and not to be sliding.

Q: Why does it not been full welded between the auger and the rod?

A: It is easy to be out of shape if full welded.
